SHIPPING

All orders ship from Japan. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, though processing times may vary depending on demand. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. INIVER is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the shipment has been marked as delivered. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

RETURNS

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact info@iniver.co within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

 

INTERNATIONAL

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. INIVER does not control or estimate these fees.

 

MADE TO ORDER

Some items may be produced after the order is placed. Production time may take up to 4 weeks before shipment. Estimated timelines will be noted in the product description when applicable.
